The family of French explorer Paul-Henri Nargeolet, who perished in the Titan submersible implosion, on Tuesday filed a lawsuit seeking more than $50 million, alleging the crew faced "terror and mental anguish" before the disaster and accusing the sub's operator, OceanGate, of gross negligence. The suit claims the crew realised their fate before the vessel imploded during its ill-fated dive to the Titanic wreck site in June 2023.
