Four foreign aid workers and their Palestinian driver were killed in an Israeli air strike on Monday, hours after their charity brought in a shipload of food via a maritime route. Earlier in the day, Israel said it had withdrawn from Gaza's main hospital, al-Shifa. Authorities there said the scale of the distruction was massive, and that 'dozens of bodies, some of them decomposed', had been recovered from in and around the complex.
